Hi, I'm Nadia!

That's me in the photos, I'm going for approachable, I hope it's working.

I'm an interior designer with nearly 25 years of experience in residential remodeling, additions, kitchen and bath projects, design/build work, new construction, and turning unfinished spaces into something truly functional.

Over the years, I realized the most valuable part of what I bring to a project isn't doing the remodeling work itself, it's the knowledge, ideas, and honest guidance I can offer the people actually living through it.

I'm known for helping clients feel confident and informed in their decisions, and yes, for being the tiebreaker in more than a few couple conversations.

That's really what The Sounding Board is: someone in your corner who's seen thousands of these decisions play out, good and bad, and can help you think yours through, before you decide, not after. You may also know me as The ReModRef. Same me, same mission, new name. 

I know the people who can do the work. My job is to make sure you feel supported and confident enough to actually enjoy your remodel, during the process and long after it's done.
